We sell all our dogs and puppies with a sales contract as well as AKC registration papers. We sell puppies and dogs as either companions which can also work (sled, obedience, agility, etc.) which must be spayed or neutered, or as show prospects. We will not sell our dogs or puppies as breeding dogs without a contract to show the dog to a recognised National championship. To view the two main types of contract that we use, please select:

Please note that, subject to negotiation between buyer and seller, this contract may be modified to
suit the best interests of the puppy. Our aim is to provide all our puppies with lifelong, loving, caring homes. If you do not feel that you are ready or prepared to commit the next 12 to 14
years of your life to a dog that will shed, howl, require plenty of exercise and regular veterinary attention, then think again about buying an Alaskan Malamute.
Puppies will usually go to
their new home at no earlier than 8 weeks of age, at which time he/she will have been introduced to a variety of human adults, children, and household equipment. All our puppies are born and
raised inside our home.

SHOW CONTRACT
Please note that, subject to negotiation between buyer and seller, this contract may be modified to suit the best interests of the puppy, to
accommodate co-ownership agreements, and/or to include more safeguards for the lifelong care and maintenance of the puppy/dog.
